These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 75bed ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") concerning your access to and use of the 75bed website, mobile platform, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slots, and any other gaming products offered at 75bed.net.

Definitions

• "Account" means the personal player account created by you on the 75bed platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your 75bed account at any given time, including both real-money funds and any active bonus funds.

Any account whose age cannot be verified may be temporarily suspended pending document review. Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of your account and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 75bed strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account, which is available at no cost through the account security settings. You must notify 75bed immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 75bed cannot be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

Account Currency

All 75bed accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Once set at registration, the account currency cannot be changed. All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals will be processed in BDT. There is no currency conversion applied by 75bed on any transaction.

One Account Per Household

Only one registered account is permitted per household address and per mobile device. Where multiple accounts are detected sharing the same IP address, mobile number, payment method, or physical address, 75bed reserves the right to treat all such accounts as duplicate accounts and apply the duplicate account policy, which includes closure of all but the first registered account and potential forfeiture of funds held in the duplicate accounts.

Deposit Terms

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as the 75bed player account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Before processing any withdrawal above ৳50,000, 75bed may require completion of full KYC identity verification.

Refused and Reversed Transactions

75bed reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or technical error. In such cases, the player will be notified within 72 hours and given an opportunity to provide clarifying information. All deposits made to 75bed are intended solely for the purpose of funding online gaming activity and must not be used for any other purpose.

75bed offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and this section, the specific promotion's terms shall take precedence.

Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses offered by 75bed are subject to wagering requirements, which specify the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified time period will result in the automatic expiry and removal of the bonus funds and any associated winnings.

Bonus Abuse

Actions constituting bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once, using bonus funds primarily on games that contribute minimally to wagering requirements as a strategy to exploit the bonus structure, coordinating with other players to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, and exploiting technical errors or miscommunications in bonus terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, 75bed reserves the right to void the bonus and all associated winnings and to close the player's account.

Seasonal and BPL Promotions

75bed periodically offers special promotions tied to the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) season, T20 World Cup tournaments, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and other culturally significant events in Bangladesh. These promotions are time-limited and subject to their own published terms. Players are encouraged to review the specific promotional terms before participating, as wagering requirements, eligible games, and minimum deposit requirements may differ from standard promotional terms.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses are credited to the bonus funds portion of your account balance and are separate from real-money funds.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside the applicable wagering structure.
• 75bed reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

75bed employs advanced fraud detection and player behaviour monitoring systems. Any player found to be in breach of the prohibited conduct rules set out above will have their account suspended immediately pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and any balance held — including real-money funds — may be withheld pending legal review where applicable law permits.

Responsible Use of the Platform

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform Content solely for the purpose of using the 75bed services for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming. This licence does not permit you to:

Game content and associated intellectual property on the 75bed platform — including games developed by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, Play'n GO, Hacksaw Gaming, and Nolimit City — remain the exclusive property of the respective game studios and are used by 75bed under valid licensing agreements. Any unauthorised reproduction of game content is a violation of those studios' intellectual property rights in addition to these Terms.

75bed reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The account is suspected to be involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• The account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months with a zero balance.
• The player has voluntarily requested self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools or via support.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or other legal instrument requires the account to be closed.

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳500 will be returned to your designated payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements. Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will not be returned upon voluntary closure.

Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity). 75bed will send a notification to the registered email address 30 days before applying the dormant account policy. Dormant accounts with a positive balance will have a monthly administration fee of ৳100 deducted from the balance until either the balance reaches zero or the player logs back in and reactivates the account. 75bed will never deduct a dormant account fee that exceeds the available balance.

Appeals Process

If your account has been suspended or closed by 75bed and you believe this action was made in error, you may submit a formal written appeal to [email protected] within 30 days of receiving notice of the suspension or closure. Appeals will be reviewed by a senior member of our compliance team within 14 business days. 75bed's decision following the appeals review is final and binding.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 75bed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruptions — even if 75bed has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 75bed's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of connected incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Platform Availability

75bed aims to maintain a platform availability of 99.9% measured on an annual basis. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. 75bed is not liable for any loss suffered as a result of platform downtime, technical errors, or internet connectivity issues on the part of the player or their service provider.

Third-Party Services

The 75bed platform integrates third-party services including game studios, payment processors (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard), and technology providers. 75bed is not responsible for the actions, errors, omissions, or service interruptions of any third-party provider. Any dispute with a third-party payment provider must be resolved directly with that provider in accordance with their own terms of service.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of 75bed's operations. Any legal proceedings must be brought in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable local law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
